1. About the website

The website provides information about SuHans Yog, its founder, its yoga programmes, classes and workshops, and lets you send enquiries. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but details such as programme descriptions, formats and availability may change.

2. Enquiries are not confirmed bookings

Submitting a form on this website sends an enquiry, enrolment request or registration request. It does not create a booking, reserve a place, or create any payment obligation. A session or place is confirmed only when SuHans Yog confirms it with you directly, including any fees and terms that apply.

3. Participation in yoga

  • Yoga involves physical movement and breathing practices. Please practise within your own comfort and capacity.
  • Tell your teacher about any injury, health condition or pregnancy before practising, and consult a qualified medical professional where appropriate.
  • Sessions are offered for wellbeing and self-inquiry; they are not medical treatment. Please read our Disclaimer.
  • You may stop or modify any practice at any time.

4. Content ownership

All text, photographs, videos, artwork (including the chakra illustrations), logos and the SuHans Yog and Eco Yug names on this website belong to SuHans Yog or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Please do not misuse the website — for example by submitting false or spam enquiries, attempting to access the admin area without authorisation, or interfering with its security or operation.

6. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or Google Maps. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

7. Eco Yug

The Eco Yug store is not yet open. No products are sold through this website at present.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SuHans Yog is not liable for loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general information. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. [Liability wording pending legal review.]
