This policy explains how SuHans Yog (“we”, “us”) handles personal information shared through www.suhansyog.org. We collect only what we need to respond to you, and we do not sell personal information.

1. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry, enrolment request, workshop registration request or Eco Yug launch notification, we collect:

  • your name;
  • your email address and/or phone number;
  • the type of enquiry and any programme, class or workshop you select;
  • optional details you choose to share — preferred format (online or in person), preferred times, organisation and group size (for group enquiries), and your message;
  • your consent confirmation and the date and time of submission;
  • the page you submitted from, your browser's user-agent, and a one-way salted hash of your IP address, used only to prevent spam and abuse.

Our forms do not ask for medical history, diagnoses or other sensitive health information, and we ask you not to include it. If anything health-related is relevant to your practice, we will discuss it with you directly.

2. How we use it

  • to respond to your enquiry and discuss sessions, classes or workshops with you;
  • to arrange and confirm sessions you choose to take part in;
  • to tell you when Eco Yug launches, if you asked us to;
  • to keep our website secure and protect it from spam and misuse.

We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked to receive them.

3. Lawful handling and consent

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when submitting a form, and to take steps you have requested. We intend to handle personal data in line with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.

4. Who can see your information

Enquiries are stored in a secure database and are visible only to authorised SuHans Yog staff through a password-protected dashboard. We use trusted service providers to run the website — for example our hosting and database provider and, where enabled, an email provider used to notify our team of new enquiries. If you choose to contact us on WhatsApp, your conversation is also subject to WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. Our website forms never send your details to WhatsApp.

5. Retention

Retention periods are pending confirmation by SuHans Yog. Until then, we keep enquiry records only for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any sessions you take part in.

6. Security

We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), access-controlled admin accounts, hashed passwords, and abuse protection on our forms. No online system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe.
