Yashasvi

Yashasvi founded SuHans Yog to share yoga as a practice of attention and inner balance — something experienced from the inside rather than performed for the outside.

The approach is personal and unhurried. Sessions leave room for questions, for rest, and for noticing what is actually happening in the body and mind.

The approach

A practice built around you.

Every person arrives with a different body, history and intention. Rather than a fixed routine, sessions with Yashasvi begin with listening — then build a practice of movement, breath and stillness that makes sense for you.

The aim is not to master difficult poses but to develop a steady, honest relationship with your own practice, one you can carry into everyday life.

Values

What guides every session

Listening first

Sessions begin with understanding you — your body, your routine and what you hope for.

Honesty

Clear, simple guidance and honest conversations about what suits you.

Patience

Progress in yoga is measured in awareness, and awareness takes its own time.

Respect for tradition

Yogic wisdom shared with care, in language that fits modern life.
